Sunrise Prayers for Bohol

James “Jim” Kuehne has donated an original painting as the centerpiece of a contest to benefit the victims of the Bohol Earthquake. It is tentatively titled “Sunrise Prayers for Bohol”. This unique work utilizes the technique known as Pointillism, created by using tiny dots of color to form the image. It is a very painstaking method of painting and Jim spent well over 50 man-hours making this superb work of art. And now you can win the original painting and other works of art.

The tropical island of Bohol, Philippines, has suffered a 7.2 magnitude earthquake, followed by a the equivalent of a Category 5 Hurricane in the same month. The destruction has been massive and its people are suffering.

1. Participants are asked to make a donation of any amount in order to enter the contest.

2. Participants must correctly answer two questions in order to enter the contest.  As long as the donation and answer requirements are met, anyone may enter as many times as they wish.

3. No additional fees are required to enter.  Winners  are responsible for shipping costs and may specify the method of shipment.  Winners local to the Bakersfield, California area may request to have the prize(s) delivered or we may opt to deliver the prize(s).

4. By entering this contest, participants consent to having their names, stories, and images displayed on www.Path2.Us and Banshee Cloud online properties, for the sole purpose of promoting www.Path2.Us.   Contact information, such as phone numbers, email addresses, etc. shall not be disclosed.

5. Odds of winning are completely dependent upon the number of entries, which is displayed on the contest web page.  For example, if there are 300 entries in total, the odds of any given entry winning are 1 in 300.   The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

6.  The contest will end at 5:00 PM, Pacific Time on Monday, December 23, 2013.  The winners will be picked by random drawing immediately after the end of the contest.  The drawing will be webcast and up to 250 viewers can watch the drawing live from an link to be posted at http://www.Path2.Us.   Verification of the winners’ eligibility will consist of verification of the winner as a donor to www.Path2.Us and that the winners have correctly answered the questions.  Winners need not be present and the winner will be contacted via email.

7.  Winners will be posted to www.Path2.Us.  Winners will have 30 days to claim their prize(s).  If 30 days have passed without the prize(s) claimed, winners may forfeit the prize(s).
